All prices are in EURO and are charged per apartment per day; prices for minimum of 7 day stay and 4 guests living in the apartment.

Each additional person is charged an extra EUR 10.

Check In
Your apartment is ready for you to check in as from 3pm. You can store your luggage at our house if you arrive early.

Check Out
On the day of your departure, please check out by 9am. You can store your luggage at our house if you plan to leave later.

 

NEW Cancellation of Winterbookings
After receiving the deposit we will confirm your reservation of your booking.

• up to 50 days before arrival: free of charge, 25 € processing fee
• up to 50 days till 32 days before arrival: 40% of total costs will be charged
• up to 31 days till 7 days before arrival: 70% of total costs will be charged
• late cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure: 100% of total costs will be charged

 

Travel warnings, lockdowns are free of cancellation fees at all times.

A disease of Covid 19, a positive test or an imposed - persaonal quarantine remain at your own risk and could be covered by our travel insurance. holiday insurance.

 

Booking

The apartment is booked for the number of guests you choose in the booking process. Additional guests are only allowed if you get in contact by phone or in written form prior to your arrival. The additional guests are charged 20€ per person and per day.

Pets
Dogs as pets are only allowed at the House Bernardes. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets in the new building Lodges Bernardes.
Cleaning costs per day: EUR 12 (without food). Additional cleaning and increased work has to be charged extra.

Laundry Service
A laundry service is available at an extra cost.

 

Children's Amenities
Our young guests are well taken care of here. We offer cots, high-chairs, baby-tubs, and more at a small extra cost.

Payment/ Deposit
A deposit of 40% of the total booking cost is necessary to secure your booking.
The payment of the total fee has to be paid on the day before your departure, on Friday from 6pm. Please pay in cash as we do not accept credit cards.

Changes at the HAUS BERNARDES and APART BERNHARD:

 

§ 3 Deposit:
3.3. The deposit has to be paid (40% of total cost) at the latest 9 days after the booking was concluded. (Booking valid in written or oral form.)

 

§ 4 Start of stay:

4.1. The booked apartments/rooms have to be cleared by 9am on the day of departure. An additional day will be charged if guests fail to clear the rooms/apartments by 9am.
The total booking cost hast to be paid in cash before departure.
